Online Store & Pharmacy Details
We’ve partnered with Vetsource to supply you with quality pet products, including prescription medications (current prescription required), over-the-counter healthcare items, and nutrition products, and ship them right to your front door. Every item in Vetsource’s pharmacy is sourced directly from the manufacturer, so you never have to worry about counterfeit or expired products.
Follow these steps to create your account:
- Click on the button below to navigate to our online store.
- Click on Login/Register in the upper right-hand corner.
- Enter the requested contact information and click on Create New Account.
- You’ll receive an email with a link to verify your email address. Click on the link to complete the registration process.

How to Register
- Click on the appropriate link below
- Create your Hills to Home account by filling out the form
- You’ll receive an email from Hill’s to Home with a link to activate your account and create a password
- Jacksonville Community Pet Clinics will receive an email notification stating that you created a Hill’s to Home account and your vet will then create a nutrition plan for your pet.
- Once your pet’s nutrition plan is created, you can log into hillstohome.com and shop for any product under the nutrition plan your vet created.
